From the age 60, Remember to Wash These 5 Overlooked Areas of the Body to Stay Fresh, Healthy, and Energized

As we age, our skin becomes thinner, drier, and more vulnerable to irritation and infection. That’s why those “forgotten” areas—behind the ears, along the hairline, the back and shoulder blades, under the breasts and other skin folds, behind the knees, and inside the navel—suddenly matter so much more. Sweat, oils, and dead skin build up silently, feeding bacteria and fungi that can turn into stubborn rashes, bad odors, and even serious infections.

A few gentle habits can change everything. Use lukewarm water and mild, fragrance‑free cleansers. Take your time reaching your back with a long‑handled sponge, and carefully dry under every fold of skin. Pat, don’t rub. Moisturize afterward to protect fragile skin, and choose breathable fabrics that let your body stay dry. These small acts aren’t vanity; they’re daily protection—helping you stay comfortable, confident, and fully at home in your own skin.
