These simple substitutions can preserve the enjoyable taste of coffee while helping maintain steadier energy levels and a more balanced daily routine.

Coffee can be most beneficial when enjoyed mindfully and in moderation. Paying attention to how the body responds to caffeine, adjusting portion sizes, and avoiding coffee too late in the evening may all help improve sleep quality and overall wellness. Since every person reacts differently, finding the right balance is often more important than following strict rules.
