For many children, a teacher is someone they remember for lessons learned in the classroom. But for one young boy named Jaden, his teacher would eventually become something much more important \u2014 his mom.<\/p>\n

Jackie Coombe first met Jaden when he was one of her students in second grade. As she got to know the young boy, she learned that he was living in foster care.<\/p>\n
